CANCELLATION SCHEDULE AND FEES
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. Your cancellation date will be the date we receive your notice. No verbal refund requests will be honored. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds of final payment will be honored as follows:

Notice received between 85-91 days prior to scheduled trip:  80% refund
Notice received between 57-84 days prior to scheduled trip:  60% refund
Notice received between 15-56 days prior to scheduled trip:  30% refund
Notice received 14 days or less prior to scheduled trip:  No refund

ABOUT ADAM WOLF

Adam WolfMy love of travel started with many family road trips in the car during the 1970s and 80s, and I've been traveling ever since by foot, plane, train, automobile, and cruise ships. I began my travel career in 1998 as a tour guide for student sightseeing tours in Washington, DC, and other East Coast destinations spanning between Jamestown to Boston. It's now my 26th year in the industry, I strive to be a trusted advisor by providing legendary customer service and providing useful information every step of the way. I treat every trip as if it were my own, yet design it with the traveler's wants and needs.
